Engadin Challenge 2018
John Reynolds reports:
21/09/18: A group of British Fives tourists, based mainly around the North Oxford and Old Citizens clubs, spent the weekend playing fives with our Swiss friends at the Lyceum Alpinum in Zuoz, competing for the Engadin Challenge Cup.
Some 40 players in total took part, including old Zuozers, pupils from the Lyceum and a 10-strong British contingent. For the record, the trophy was won by Felix Buchi and student Pavel Penev. Many thanks to the Zurich branch of the Old Zuozers for their invitation and their wonderful hospitality and also to Peter Suess, the fives master at Zuoz, who accommodated four of us in his flat.
