2018 Westway Summer Superleague Up And Running

17/05/18: The 2018 WSSL season got underway at Westway this week with the eight teams all in action. 

Group A saw wins for defending champions the Aston House Thoroughbreds over Highgate Bizzle in a high quality match, that was a replay of last year's semi-final, while the EFA Allstars opened their account with an impressive 6-0 win over Westway 2.

In Group B, former champions Dossi's Desperados - back in the competition this year - made a strong early case to be installed as favourites for this year's title with a comprehensive win over the Lancing Lionhearts while the Exiles looked like a team transformed as last year's wooden spoon winners got off to a flyer with a win over Westway 1.
