Natalie Lilienthal joins the EFA as Development Manager
15/04/25: The EFA is very pleased to announce that Natalie Lilienthal has joined as Development Manager.
The part-time role is for a fixed-term of one year, and includes working to increase female participation in Fives, overseeing the recertification of the Eton Fives coaching syllabus, and following up and extending the EFA’s research into Fives in schools.
Natalie, a science graduate from Cambridge University, will be drawing on her experience as a club secretary, player and coach at Westway, as well as on her background in business development, research, and marketing in the medical sector. She will report to Director of Development, Alex Knight, and work closely with Mike Till (London Organiser) and Gareth Hoskins (EFA Secretary).
EFA Chair Matt Chinery commented: “We are very excited about Natalie’s appointment, which is great news for Eton Fives. She is already well-known as a key part of the Fives world as player, coach and member of the EFA's Ladies' Sub-committee, and her experience will be invaluable in helping us in our efforts to promote and grow the sport.”
