FivesVault: A New Digital Fives Resource
We are delighted to share with you a wonderful new Fives website created by long-time player and coach Anthony Theodossi and Josh Grimsdale.
FivesVault.com has lots of animated and video resources to help explain Fives to new players, support existing players to improve their shots, and aid coaches in planning their sessions.
A key element of the site is a digitised version of the 'Shot Book' which many of you will have been familiar with in its previous paper format - the Shot Vault shows you exactly how to practise a range of shots. A simplified version of Fives is explained that is often helpful for integrating new starters with experienced players at club or school sessions.
This content complements any coaching courses and adds a website full of brilliant videos to the existing toolkit of online coaching resources already available.
